His record includes 93 victories, including five majors, such as the British Open in 1979, 1984 and 1988, and the US Masters in 1980 and 1983.

Real Golf La Pedreña

Did you know that Seve Ballesteros also played here? The Real Club de Golf de Pedreña was founded in 1912 and is one of the most prestigious golf clubs in Spain. It has 18 holes and was designed by the English architect Harry Colt. The course is challenging and requires good technique and accuracy. The course is surrounded by natural landscapes, with views of the Cantabrian Sea and the Cantabrian Mountains.

It has also hosted numerous professional tournaments, including the Open of Spain, the Spanish Golf Championship and the Ryder Cup.

It has a restaurant called “Archivos”. It is located in the Club House of the golf course and offers a wide variety of traditional Cantabrian cuisine as well as international dishes. It is open daily for lunch and dinner. Advance reservations are recommended, especially during the summer months.

Pretium Golf – Severiano Ballesteros Lavín – La Junquera

This is a 9-hole golf course also located in Pedreña, on the shores of the bay of Santander. It was designed by the architect Severiano Ballesteros Lavín, son of the golfer Severiano Ballesteros.

La Junquera Golf has a cafeteria-restaurant, ideal for relaxing after a round of golf. It has a sunny south-facing terrace where you can have a quiet beer and review who of your friends has made the best shots.

Campo de Golf Ramón Sota

This golf course has 9 holes and is located in Agüero, on the banks of the Rada estuary. Founded in 1974, it is a friendly family club.

The golf course is surrounded by natural landscapes, with views of the Rada estuary and the Cantabrian mountain range. The course is challenging and requires good technique and accuracy, but we are convinced that you can overcome it and enjoy an incredible round of golf!

Ramon Sota Golf Club does not have its own restaurant, but has a catering service that can take care of preparing lunches and dinnersfor members and visitors.
