Terms of Use of the Loyalty Platform “MEMBERS ONLY”

for the Hotel TORRES DE SOMO

Definitions:

“Platform”: refers to the Hotel TORRES DE SOMO “MEMBERS ONLY” loyalty platform.
“User”: any person who registers and participates in the loyalty programme through the Platform.
“Benefits”: advantages, discounts, gifts, special services and/or any other promotion offered to Users within the framework of the programme.

Registration:

In order to participate in the loyalty programme, the User must register on the Platform, providing truthful, updated and complete information.
By registering, the User accepts to receive communications related to the programme and other commercial actions of the Hotel TORRES DE SOMO.

Access to exclusive advantages at Hotel TORRES DE SOMO with the “MEMBERS ONLY” platform:

For each confirmed reservation and stay at Hotel TORRES DE SOMO, the User will accumulate advantages according to the conditions established in the Platform, being able to change level within the programme according to the frequency of their reservations and stays.
The level within the Platform is not transferable and can only be used in the Hotel TORRES DE SOMO.

Application of Exclusive advantages:

The offers available on the Platform will be automatically applied to the searches carried out by its members once they are identified in the Hotel TORRES DE SOMO booking engine prior to the confirmation of their reservation.

Termination and Changes:

Hotel TORRES DE SOMO reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty programme, its terms or any Benefit at any time, prior notification to Users.
In case of fraudulent, abusive activity or in violation of these conditions, Hotel TORRES DE SOMO may terminate the User’s membership and/or withdraw their exclusive benefits.

Data Protection:

All information provided by the User will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Hotel TORRES DE SOMO.
The Hotel undertakes not to share or sell the User’s information to third parties without the User’s explicit consent.

Limitation of Responsibility:

Hotel TORRES DE SOMO will not be liable for any damage, loss or harm, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or the Benefits.
Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Country of operation of the hotel]. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Loyalty Programme shall be resolved by the competent courts of [City of operation of the hotel].

By registering on the TORRES DE SOMO Hotel Loyalty Platform, the User accepts and undertakes to comply with all the aforementioned conditions.
